Dr. Swann is a subject matter expert in the fields of prebiotics, probiotics and the microbiome. He is a Board Certified Family Physician with a focus on patient health, wellness and prevention.

Dr. Swann is a subject matter expert in the fields of prebiotics, probiotics and the microbiome. He is a Board Certified Family Physician with a focus on patient health, wellness and prevention. A graduate of Dartmouth College and Tufts University School of Medicine, Dr. Swann is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. He received his Clinical Research Training through the NIH. He is also a Member of the Board of Trustees at the University of California, Merced. When not practicing medicine, Peter can be found playing tennis, lifting weights or playing the saxophone.

Dr. Madsen, one of the inventors of ISOVive, is head of ISOVive’s R&D laboratory. Lee oversees commercial scale-up applied R&D as well as fundamental new research in the field of prebiotics and the study of the microbiome.

Dr. Madsen, one of the inventors of ISOVive, is head of ISOVive’s R&D laboratory. Lee oversees commercial scale-up applied R&D as well as fundamental new research in the field of prebiotics and the study of the microbiome. He holds a B.S. in Chemistry and Nuclear Science and a Ph.D. in Analytical and Macromolecular Chemistry from Louisiana State University. Specializing in bench-to-pilot process scale-up, Dr. Madsen is an expert R&D and regulatory scientist with a focus on carbohydrate research and development (in the cane sugar, biomass, and energy sectors). Dr. Madsen also has extensive experience with natural products including the identification and quantification of fatty acids, polyphenolic antioxidants, specialty waxes, and polysaccharides. In his spare time, Dr. Madsen takes great pleasure in the discovery and enjoyment of craft beer and spirits.

Jack is co-founder and one of the inventors of ISOVive Prebiotic Nectar. A successful entrepreneur whose former company was sold to Motorola, Jack is a visionary leader providing overall strategy and direction, scientific and engineering expertise to ISOVive.

A successful entrepreneur whose former company was sold to Motorola, Jack is a visionary leader providing overall strategy and direction, scientific and engineering expertise to ISOVive. He is a Member of the Board of Trustees, as well as on the faculty of the School of Engineering at the University of California, Merced. Jack is a graduate of Dartmouth College (AB Engineering) and Harvard Business School (MBA). He is also an avid pilot holding Commercial, Multi-engine and Instrument ratings. In his spare time, he loves to nurture his vegetable, fruit and herb garden, pickle olives from his 45-year-old rescued heirloom olive tree and make pizza in his wood-fired pizza oven.

Tina has 20+ years’ experience in GI Clinical Research Management, most recently at Vanderbilt University, including over 200 industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated clinical studies. She has extensive experience in regulatory aspects of clinical research, spanning from start-up to close-out. She is experienced in the design and execution of multi-center clinical trials. Tina enjoys spending quality time with her family both stateside and abroad, spending time outdoors, and cooking. People are her passion and she delights in investing in others to help them achieve their goals.

Lyn is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of ISOThrive. A results-oriented leader, she has 25 years’ experience in marketing, business development and fund raising. She earned her BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of PA and has done additional work at Columbia School of Business.

Alyssa is an agile leader with over 6 years of experience helping early-stage startups. She joined ISOVive after working with May Mobility, an autonomous vehicle company, where she helped launched the first ever commercial pilot AV program in the US.

Alyssa is an agile leader with over 8 years of experience nurturing early-stage startups. She joined ISOVive after working at May Mobility, an autonomous vehicle company, where she helped launched the first ever commercial pilot AV program in the US. Now as a part of the ISOVive team, she oversees clinical studies, creates and streamlines processes, and manages day-to-day clinical operations. Alyssa is PMP-certified as well as a B.A. double major in Chinese and International Affairs from the University of Oregon. When she isn't building out scalable systems, Alyssa enjoys a good cup of coffee and dancing in her Argentine tango community.
